The Vantage Tower is a 15-storey building that provides a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in the heart of Elephant & Castle and is one of Stephenson's landmark builds.

The structure was built using an insitu concrete frame with 304 precast concrete wall cladding panels spanning between the structural floor slabs.

The exterior of the building was coated with 200mm thick reconstructed stone finishing panels made by The Marble Mosaic Co Ltd. These panels contain carbon steel reinforcement and stainless steel fittings.
