Hotel and Private Residential with RG Group
New residential development to provide 440 1 and 2 bed private rented apartments including residential amenity areas, common and circulation areas in buildings of 6 and 35 storeys along with a 231 bed hotel in an 8 storey building. Our scope of works for this include pile attendance, groundworks, drainage and 35 storey reinforced concrete frame across 2 blocks.
