Student accommodation for Vita. A full project delivery from piling completion. We will be delivering a standard foundation design off 450mm piles with the majority of foundaitons being 900mm deep. Ground beams ranging from 450 to 900 deep. A single crane base 5100*5100*2000 is external to the building and will be the first element of works delivered with Core 1 base. there are three main retaining walls to the North, East and West that allow ground floor slab to progress. The ground floor slab is a mesh delivery with a number of movement and induced joints. The slab has a full waterproof membrane underneath that will be delivered with Site Sealants in consultation/design. along with the GFS we will deliver all drainage inclusive of attenuation tank, pumping stataion and flow control chanber. There are 13 exposed columns and 500m2 of exposed soffit to the foyer area. In general there are two main types of column 600*225 and 900*225. at the roof there are 21 number 450*225 columns. the suspended slabs are going to be 200mm thick PT slabs. two main cores will be slipformed and have stairform stairs once completed. The tower crane will be provided by B+K and we will supplement with a single slinger.
