Working alongside Ogilvie Construction, we are estimated to be working on this site for approximately 22 weeks. Semple Street in Edinburgh will provide 61,000 ft² of office accommodation with 2 ground floor retail spaces. The upper floors of this commercial project will also provide views to Edinburgh Castle.
Stephenson will be constructing the new core base, small retaining walls and a central slipform core within an existing structure. Metal deck slabs will be poured at a later date and temporary propping to the structure using RMD Megashore will be done by ourselves. A small section of external ramp will also be added to extend for better access to rear of building.
