Works are progressing well in London on the Unite Students Middlesex Street project.
Stephenson Group have completed the more complex elements of the frame works involving the creation of three slip form crores and an impressive post tension column and beam two storey display area in the centre of the frame.
Samuels and Fox are progressing well on the envelope and the usual suspects of C+D and JJ Design are kicking on well with the early stage fit out works internally.
The follow on first fix elements are due to start in the next two weeks and we intending to be ready for mains power to be live to the new substations on site by the start of August.
Project completion is set for the 22nd June 2022, so we are into the final year of works, and we are well placed to provide Unite Students with a very impressive new building in this prestigious location on the very edge of the City of London. #loveconstruction
